Triple Seven Studios LLC, 2083 SW 72nd Ave, Davie, FL 33317, operates the tax desks on eztax.today, filemytaxes.today, fileyourtaxes.today, filemytaxesnear.me, and businesstaxesnearme.com. This notice is a draft for attorney review. It is not legal advice.

We collect the account email, a password hash, interview answers, documents you upload, and, when you type them into the secure fields, a Social Security number or ITIN and a bank account. Those two fields are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored. The screen shows only the last four digits. The assistant does not receive them.

We use tax return information to prepare your federal return, to show the refund meter, and to keep a record of what you confirmed. We do not sell tax return information. A separate IRC section 7216 consent covers any use beyond preparation and any disclosure to someone other than you.

Sessions end after 30 minutes of inactivity for a taxpayer and 15 minutes for staff, and in every case after 12 hours. You may ask support@eztax.today to export or delete your account. Deletion removes the return, documents, and profile we hold, except a record we must keep for a tax or legal duty.

The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act requires a financial institution to tell you how it protects nonpublic personal information. This desk is a tax return preparer. We limit access by role, encrypt the identifier and the bank account, and redact both from logs.
